Esoro's acting career started in 1990, she featured in the soap opera Extended Family , however she became more notable when she featured in a soap opera titled Clinic Matters as a character named 'Nurse Abigail'.Esoro grew up in Lagos.

She studied Integrated Science at Bida Polytechnic. She got married to TripleMG CEO, Ubi Franklin on November 1, 2015 but they have since parted ways.
According to the Wikipedia, she also recently revealed she was previously mlarried and had two kids from the marriage.
