Peter Obi, the running mate of PDP presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, has reacted to a narration by Kemi Adetiba about how she was harassed by customs officers at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja, Lagos.
Kemi Adetiba accused the officers of bullying her when their attempt at extorting her failed. Her experience at the airport made her to lament about the state of corruption in Nigeria.
Reacting to the filmmakers cries, Peter Obi wrote on social media:
“Hello Kemi. Congratulations on your blockbuster film, #KingOfBoys. I’m sorry you went through that experience. I agree that things can be better. How? Press RESET on service reforms by retraining public servants to serve, rather than harass Nigerians and visitors.”
